SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be dispatched between 1-3 business days from the order date. We ship from Gangtok, Sikkim and the estimated time of arrival of your shipment may vary between 7 – 14 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accommodate returns and refunds.
In the event that your products arrive damaged, please reach out to us at namaeinc@outlook.com with photos within 10 days of receiving your order. We will replace them if the photos show production defects.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We will only be able to cancel orders if they haven’t been shipped. Please mail us at namaeinc@outlook.com if you wish to cancel your order.
